    I played Escape from Colditz for the first time in ages (and possibly the first time mid-week). Five players, one hour and a half and a bid of five escapees.

    Fun session. The Germans used shoot to kill to stop the first attempt, then all was quiet until 30 minutes to go. The fifth got out with five to go and a sixth on Do or Die in the final turn (got the 4X card and rolled miraculously!)

    I'd forgotten how fun that game can be :D

    How do you interpret the rules, we bought it on eBay recently but there were nearly fights over how to interpret the rules, they blimmin' vague.

    Obviously, I can't think of an example now!

    I will next time if the household ever recovers from the argument. The only thing worse for fights in our house is Mindtrap! The whole "Just how stupid are you?" thing is no good for a marriage.

    Last night (Well, Tuesday night, game night was moved this week) I played Descent with two boardsies and another friend. I was the overlord and they ran out of tokens in the final room. Muhahahaha.

    First three plays last night.

    1 Won easily. Due entirely to not playing according to the rules. Reread the rules :)

    2 Lost heavily. Again due to misreading the rules. Reread the rules :o

    3 Won narrowly. All rules now in play correctly the diseases were cured one turn from the end of the player deck (defeat).

    The game took about 60 minutes from start of setup to completion. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

    First game in I don't know how long :( A 45 minute game that went on for three hours :D, eventually won very narrowly by a minion.
