has anyone purchased from this lot? i made a purchase of what were described as 'negative ion body balance watches' and had to chase the delivery when it hadn't arrived after a few weeks. after an immediate response to my email the watches arrived the next day in the post. i never saw such a heap of rubbish. rubber bands with watches that don't even work, in plastic bags labelled rubber bracelets, made in china. i immediately emailed to register my dissatisfaction and requested an immediate refund. after a week, emailed again and have still had no response. it's not a huge amount of money, but it's the principle of the matter. remember the name Doli Deals

From what I can see, this is a Deals website, where you don't actually purchase anything from them, just the deal price. The purchase is done from a different company. It's that company that you should be contacting about the product.

yes i thought this too, but the payment went via paypal to dolideals and that was who responded to my email re the delay. i didn't have any other contact point. so, you know the saying...'a fool and his money is easily parted' and once bitten twice shy etc. just thought it migt be useful for other people to know so maybe someone can learn from my mistake and save their money for more genuine retailers.

Dunno if these were meant to improve your balance, there were silicone wrist bands for athletes supposed to improve you balance but they were found out.
Well it seems the jig is up for them in Australia, and they have to pay back all the people they've ripped off over there.
In our advertising we stated that Power Balance wristbands improved your strength, balance and flexibility.
We admit that there is no credible scientific evidence that supports our claims and therefore we engaged in misleading conduct in breach of s52 of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
If you feel you have been misled by our promotions, we wish to unreservedly apologise and offer a full refund.
To obtain a refund please visit our website www.powerbalance.com.au or contact us toll-free on 1800 733 436
This offer will be available until 30th June 2011. To be eligible for a refund, together with return postage, you will need to return a genuine Power Balance product along with proof of purchase (including credit card records, store barcodes and receipts) from an authorised reseller in Australia.
This Corrective Notice has been paid for by Power Balance Australia Pty Ltd and placed pursuant to an undertaking to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission given under section 87B of the Trade Practices Act, 1974.

I wouldn't buy anything from these crowd again. I recently ordered their "support" bra's for my wife (On her orders) and there turn out to have f**k all "support". They're made of material similar to tights !!

    Waste of space.

My sympathies even though 'I told you so'. Anyway, I eventually got a refund on the basis of the trade descriptions and sale of goods act. Try it, particularly if the goods are not as described or of merchantable quality. You may also be covered under returns within 7 to 14 days for online purchases but not sure about that one. Best of luck

I bought a watch (which I suspect is a knock off) which was of terrible quality and was broken out of the packaging. Got no repose from multiple emails until I notified them I was making a complaint to the national consumer agency. Allot of dodgey advertising going on about rrp of products which are really tat being sold at a higher than value price. For example snap band watches that are available in pennys for €2 being sold for €5 with an unlikely estimated rrp of €25. It calls into question the credibility of the site. They've had their customer lifetime value out of me at €15 although I wish that had been set much closer to 0. Steering well celar of this site in the future.

yeah, maybe i should have looked up boards about this website before i made a purchase. I'm still a little confused on how it works though.

    1) made a purchase on teeth whitening strips - were e130 now 19.95
prob too good to be true

    2) Deal is over and i have printed out my "Coupon"

    3) Use this Coupon.. - Use it Where?

There is no information at all other than the fact that i have paid dolideals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Thanks

Did you get your teeth whitening strips? I bought something off them last week and the same thing....deal is done, coupon ready but no idea what to do with it. I had no idea about this and only decided to google them given that I've used the site. I've used other deal sites before and they've always been great. I just assumed this one would be no different

I Emailed them a couple of times and got no answer.
Not knowing what to do, I was just going to leave them off but I got the strips about a month later. The pack was missing items and looked fairly dodgy. Staying well clear of them from now on.
