    loved your previous handle
are you going to say why the change?

I originally came up with Fingers McGee as I was going for a gangster name, from the goodfellas film era, something like 'Jimmy two times' or Frankie the wop'

It wasn't until after I had registered that I copped on that Fingers McGee had other less 'gangsteriffic' entendre's but I was a bit meh about it. I've been thinking about changing it since, but I wanted a good handle to go to. I was always a fan of the Smokey films, so I was kinda going between it and Forrest Gump. I went with the former, for comedic value.

I mightn't like it, and could well go back but for the minute I'm giving it a go.

I also think using a middle name is a bit more of a statement, like Buford T Justice instead of Buford Justice... that kinda thing.

Hmmmm.... in that case, I might get a bit more respect with Buford T Justice. Then again, anyone who knows the films knows that that's not very likely at all....:D

No comment from me. Each to their own.

But if you start treating your partner the way Buford treated his son you could be in trouble!.

I dunno, there is some criteria you need to fulfill first

    Such as:
    Are you a sumbitch?
Do you have a ron burgundy esque mustache?
Do you have the hots for sally field etc.......

Other than that, bring it on beotch..... let the chase begin

    And it's just gone again!!

    What's going on?

Just had a thought, does it only appear when you're on line?.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,262 ✭✭✭Buford T Justice

No, should be there all the time. The little green light in the bottom left comes on when I'm online tho.

It could be boards. Sometimes images don't load for me when they should

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,741 ✭✭✭Irishgoatman

    Must be boards.

You were there until I did this posting but now you've gone again.
