Just wanted to ask that ever since i startd my diet since the 1st of june, i have gone from 16st to 14.6.

I go for 45 minute walk every morning and a hour on my excerise bike.

I have cut out chocolate, Fizzy drinks, fried food and white bread out of my life.

I live on fruit, Veg, Brown rice, fish, chicken and drink three large botles of water day.

Am i going the right way in losing weight?
or do i need to do more?

You lost a stone a month and youre eating clean, seems to me that you are doing great, if I could make a suggestion it would be to start doing some compound weights. Pressups pullips chins, deep squats deadliest and presses would get you in great shape mabey some bridges and turkish getups and some streching. You seem to have good willpower and adding in the resistance work would make you stronger and feel great.

It's about looking and feeling good more than acuall weight per say

The hour on your bike should be spent doing resistance training, at least 2- 3 times a week!

Definitely do some heavy lifting as has already been said, may as well since you're diet is fine. It would be silly not to.
