Java Problem (I think)

    Hi,

I live in an apartment block where the internet is provided free of charge.
We have had some problems over the past few months and they had to change all the (routers?) boxes in the whole building.
It worked well for a while but last week engineers were over to fix the lag and signals that kept failing.

Since then (I'm guessing) I've had problems with a particular website loading the applet(?) for me. They have a few sites but there are two particular ones that fail to load for me.

I'll name the less explicit one here. If this isn't allowed be shown then hopefully a mod can forgive me and remove the link.

I use Windows 7 and Firefox. It doesn't work for me on any browser, or on another computer (vista) I have access to.

Below are the errors I receive when I view the webpage.
    I believe I've tried everything! :(

More than likely your PC is infected with spyware and/or viruses, download malwarebytes from here and uninstall all versions of java.
Run malwarebytes and remove any infections
download latest version of java and try again
    http://www.java.com/en/download/

Thank you. I'll check that out right now. I'll be popping out soon so may not get to try it all.
Why do many things I get have (x86), is that something I should pick or ignore? Like the java, there is with and without that.

It's scanning now with a full scan.

Go into control panel>Add remove programmes (programmes & features in vista/7). Uninstall all of the Java Runtime Enviornment options. Now go onto www.java.com and re-install it. (x86) means you are using a 64bit version of windows and the Program Files (x86) is designed so that older 32bit apps work fine in the 64bit enviornment

Thanks Nick but that didn't sort the problem either.
That CCleaner scanned in less than ten seconds.
There was something to click on the Applications tab about java, so I clicked it.
