Hey looking to buy a new shed for the garden to use as storage and to put a small treadmill in. Had my eyen on a steel shed 10 x 17 with a condensation proof roof. Thing is i know nothing about this type of shed and was looking for any pros and cons people here would have. Also what kind of base would i need taking into account the treadmill use. Id be gratefull for any advice given. Thanks Rob.

The thing is that your treadmill is a delicate piece of technology and it doesn't like moisture or dust. You should keep an eye out for anti-condensation on all of a shed and even consider a heater on a timer to keep the moisture at bay all year round. Even insulate the shed as best you can. As for the dust - floors are the problem. Make sure there is no dust and either paint or seal the floor or even put in the rubber gym mats, that's probably the best approach.

Buy a small log cabin type structure or else build a block shed/garage.
