    Does anyone know of any new split screen co-op first or third person shooters out now or coming out soon.

    I asked before and was told warhawk is splitscreen. I didn't end up buying it thou. Black ops is split screen coop.
    Actually I think I asked online coop games.

    It's not a quote FPS unquote as such but Portal 2 has the finest split-screen co-op mode of recent times on PS3. A game that genuinely demands working together.

    If you're looking for shooters, big ones would probably be the Kane & Lynch / Army of Two games (I assume both have split-screen, best checking) - neither of the franchises are meant to be the best of the best, but largely designed around two players.

    CoD MW2 has co-op split-screen, I'd guess BO does too but I have abandoned all hope in that series!

    Rainbow Six Series.
    Resistance 1 and 2.


    Dead Nation is my recent fave, not third person though.
