Getting Ready For Holiday

I am going on holiday in three weeks time, just wondering what my routine should be in the next three weeks to ensure I'm in the best shape possible.

I attend the gym regularly and just wonder should I alter my programme?
When should I stop concentrating on muscle gain and start stripping fat. What should my diet be for next three weeks, should I cut out all carbs alcohol? Don't wanna be feeling too hungry all the time and need energy for upcoming gaa championship match.

Well ideally, you should have stripped the fat first then then started on muscle gain. No point on putting muscle on fat. It will just prove harder in the long run to lose the fat.
My advice would be, stick to extremely low carbs (or slow releasing carbs, no alcohol) and plenty of protein and fat. The protein will help move your body into ketosis and it will trigger the enzymes to burn fat. And then as for high fat foods, fat burns fat. Fact.

And keep exercising whenever you can. Maybe just stick to some cardio workouts and lay off on weights. (Keep the weights for lower body perhaps). And plenty of water. If the hunger gets too much, drink black coffee or tea to keep the hunger off.

Don't have too much of a fat issue, just wanna make ab muscles show more. weigh about 13.7 stone, 6ft 3 inches. Shoud I concentrate then on cardio and follow that diet. will be drinking a bit on holidays and find that when really fit get drunk too easily. Any suggestions?

Wel your body tends to flush out all carbs and bad stuff when you're on a strict diet, so getting drunk quicker is always going to be an issue if you are intending on losing weight right up until you go away.
If you're looking for tight showing abs, then focus on cardio and crunches. Reverse crunches / Side Jackknife Crunches. You know yourself, just make sure you stick to the cardio before the crunches to get the metabolism going and eat healthy for the next three weeks. Don't starve yourself either, that will lead to fainting in the gym lol. Protein and low carbs with reasonable exercise should help you.
