im assuming your protein shake has very low carbs then once in the morning, after training and about an hour before bed. On days your not training once in the morning and an hour before bed.

As a female bulking up will not happen by accident and even with a lot of effort is still extremely hard to achieve.

As for the whey - if say you weigh 10st adn you wish to have 1g protein per lb bodyweight per day then you need 140 grams.

Divide this over say 4 meals and it's 35g per meal so use this as your guide.

100g chicken - 25g protein roughly - I put all lean meats down at 25g.

    100g whey - 75g protein roughly.

IMO - 100g per day is not over doing it and this could well be 2 x 50g shakes.
