Quick one. Those little white lights that run along both sides of the quay. Are they not Christmas lights, or are they always on all year around? :S

I think they used to be on all the time, till one by one the bulbs started bursting and rather than fix them they just turned them off altogether.

Speaking of lights, is there still those purple and green lights under the bridge at night?

The green lights under the new trees in the island on the road beside the plaza look gorgeous as well

They are going to be Christmas lights only from next year as the Government has decided that Christmas will fall once every ten years from this year on.
There will also be a tax on bulbs that are lit for more than two hours a night, and blown bulbs will be taxed at half the above rate.So the lights are being taken down as we speak and will not be seen again until December 2021!
So thats what you get for askin! wait till they bring in the new question task, that will sort out feckers like you.
Any more new tax's anyone has heard of?
