So im not sure what the fault is

When I start typing some times off a sudden the cursor moves to the previous sentience and I started typing over that

Really starting to piss me off tbh

    What could be wrong?

You are brushing the trackpad with your palms. Lowering the sensitivity of the trackpad should do the trick.
