Quick question: how much is the Irish state currently paying to finance its international loans? I'd be particularly interested in the pre-guarantee figures as well

The interest bill was some 3.5 billion euro in 2010.

To set it in context a bit, (from memory) we spend circa 8 Billion on Education, 10-11(?) Billion on Health and something like 16-17 Billion on Welfare (in all its various forms from OAP onwards).
