So I've just moved in to an apartment where I have a day and a night electricity meter. I've registered for online billing and I've just had a look at my account online. It says I'm on the Domestic Urban tariff. Is this right, because I thought that Supersaver was the latest / cheapest ESB tariff?

    Hi Kotek Besar :)

Did you contact ESB Electric Ireland by phone/online to avail of the SuperSaver plan?

Because it is required that customers opt in for it.

    Regards,
    Una

    Hi Una,

No, the letting agent just gave ESB my details and they set up the account.

Can you give me the account details by private message - the number, name, address?

Just to advise: we can only discuss the account with the named account-holder for data protection/security reasons.

    Regards :)
    Una
