Can I ask why you are looking for something low in fat?

As for soda bread, or any bread in my opinion, I don't believe it to be "healthy", as generally it'll have a list of ingredients. And in my own experience, I feel so much better having cut out all bread from my diet.

Exactly. What are you trying to do? Lose weight, get fitting, build muscle, get healthy?

Low fat is not intrinsically good. Some excellent foods are naturally low fat, but so are some really crappy foods.

Well my own advice to you would be to cut out bread for 2 weeks and see how you feel. Eat all types of meat, fish, veg, fruit and dairy. That's what I'm doing and I feel great for it.

Having said that though, what's been good for me mightn't be good for you, but it's worth a shot.
