Weekend GP services: dub-doc?

Hi all Suffering from very bad arm/shoulder pain. Was referred to a physio and it's been going well but suddenly got much worse last night. Rang my gp, they're closed. They mentioned DUB-DOC. Anyone hear of this/ use this service? Do they accept medical cards? Thanks in advance
