Glucoseamine and Chondrodin

    Mods, please move if in the wrong section.

    I'm looking for some help. I have been recommended to take a Glucoseamine and Chondrodin supplement for arthritis. The doseage is for 1500 mg glucoseamine and 1200 mg in chondrodin. It is also meant to be in tablet/caplet form.

    I have looked in the usual places but have not been able to find anything approaching these dosages. Anybody have any suggestions as to where I can find them?

    Talk to your local pharmacist, and go with the dosage recommended on the packaging of the products they have on their shelves.

    Whichever you go for, get one with MSM in it also.

    I'd imagine any decent health shop would have it aswell.
