Hot water tap problem

Any advice would be most welcomed.
The hot water tap in the ensuite sink has very little water coming out. It's a mixer monobloc tap assembly. I can turn the cold water tap about 4 half-turns (i.e 2 full turns) but I can only turn the hot water tap less than half a turn.

Is it the washer? Or do I need a new tap?

A new spindle should do the job , if your able to do the job yourself take out the existing spindle and bring it to the plumbing providers with you to make sure your tap head fits the new spindle , if not you might have to replace both the hot and the cold to have matching tap heads
