Syllabus for Basic Internet

Hello all, Really don't know where best to post this. Basically, I'm in India and I've been asked to teach Internet Studies (?!?) to teenagers who have never used the internet before. From Googling there's a lot of crap out there from the mid 90's. Does anyone know of a good syllabus online I can borrow? Cheers
