Hi, I'm from rural Ireland, but will be moving near to Dublin soon.

I have no experience with gay pubs and clubs. I'm a young male, 18 years old. I'm attracted to men, except I only like men over 45 years old, up to any age! I was wondering, are there older men in these gay pubs and clubs, because I don't want to spend my life searching online!

    Thanks!

Yes there are older men - the bar section of the George (also called bridies bar or jurrasic park) has lots and Pantibar is quite mixed as well.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    You'll go far.

Look after yourself hun, be careful of people you meet. Always use protection and if you don't feel comfortable make yourself scarce.
