So I've decided I need to buy a new laptop and was looking at the new high spec MBP 15". I love the OS and the specs look good. But then I got thinking of getting a windows machine of similar or better specs for a much lower price.

So what I want from my computer is-
- Very good multi tasking compaibilities
- Preferably a HD screen around the 15" mark. Wouldn't mind going smaller
- A decent video card for games
- 500GB+ HD
- Decent battery life

So if we put the max limit for it up to about E1500 what's the best machine I'd be looking at? I was considering the XPS 15z with their i7 sandybridge chip. Anyone else got any recommendations?
