Do I need to register a non-profit association? I know I can register the name as a business name, is there anything I need to do? Would I need to do tax returns for the association? I am hoping to be able to do it free of charge, if it costs me 10 euro a year in domain registration I really dont mind taking a hit, if we…

Do I need to register a non-profit association? I know I can register the name as a business name, is there anything I need to do? Would I need to do tax returns for the association? I am hoping to be able to do it free of charge, if it costs me 10 euro a year in domain registration I really dont mind taking a hit, if we decide to have any sort of meetings we could ask members pay a fee to support the cost of the function rather than actually charging a fee.

Any help would be appreciated.
