Ok another fat cheese one here.

So if you create a mybet.com account via fat cheese and deposit a minimum of €20 and place a minimum bet for €20 euro, Fatchees will give you €30!!!!.

So even if you lose the bet you will be up €10! However if you are lucky you may win the bet and come out with at least another €20!!!

Nice. I've never used fatchesse before but I think I'll sign up for this, too good to refuse, thanks OP. How does one withdraw their cashback from fatcheese? Via moneybookers or something like that?

You can put it into your paypal account, took a bout 24 hours for it to clear for me. You can also put it direct into bank account

I did the one with Paddy Power where you get 10 euro back, that was 2 months ago and I didn't get anything back yet. I wrote to fatcheese 5 weeks ago but haven't heard anything back from them

Look out for US Cash back sites too. I know there are a few US sites that offer cash back from the likes of American Eagle clothing, and send the money via Paypal. I've yet to come across an Irish site that offers the same.

Showed up in my Fatcheese account within the hour, estimated payout in October.

Put €20 into account, got €5 bonus. Found something with very short odds: Michael Ryderstedt & Janko Tipsarevic in Tennis - Odds are 1.03 for Tipsarevic - very likely he'll win. If he does, will cash out the winnings (€25.75) and have my €30 fatcheese. Net gain after Mastercard commission: €30.35.

€5 bonus has to be bet 5 times with odds of 1.5 or above before it can be withdrawn, so I assume I'll just lose that ;)

Signed up a few days ago through FatCheese and just after wagering the €20 there now.

Hopefully I'll still qualify for the cashback? I did sign-up through their affiliate link but I'm hoping the delay won't matter?

How long does it take to show up usually?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

    Never mind the last post.
The €30 has shown up as pending, good to see it has been recorded.

October expected pay date though :pac:

Either way, big thanks to the OP!

Anyone else been made to jump through hoops to get their winnings from this crowd? I deposited €20 from my credit card and bet it at very short odds. I also bet and lost the bonus amount at odds of 1.5 as required. I decided to use moneybookers to withdraw my winnings.

First the website automatically required me to deposit another €5 from moneybookers.

My withdrawal request was rejected, I contacted customer support and I was required to bet the deposit amount at minimum odds of 1.50. I did this and won. Great, even more money to withdraw.

Put in another withdrawl request and I now I have been asked to verify my identity by providing JPGs of my passport, utility bill & credit card.

It does state this in their T&Cs:

"4.12 We will check your identity on any initial pay-out or pay-outs amounting to €2,300 or more. The same applies to pay-outs on deposits that have been used in limited amounts or not at all in play."

I'm having difficulty in withdrawing my money as well.

Went through fatcheese, deposited €20 from my debit card, made a €20 bet at extremely short odds (I just wanted to win as opposed to make a large profit). I now had €25.20 (including the bonus), and I topped it up by €5 just to make sure that I had the €30 needed for withdrawal. This didn't go through as you can't withdraw the bonus so I topped up with another €5 to make it over €30.

When I tried to withdraw this, it said I didn't meet the minimum wagering requirement to make a wager of at least €25. I did this at odds of 1.5 and thankfully won. I now had over €47 in the account.

However, it won't let me withdraw it either for the same reason (or more accurately, it goes through first but I get an e-mail a few hours later saying it hasn't gone through). If I go into My Account it just says the bonus has been received.

    Has any experienced this?

Lose the free fiver and have a balance of 30+ to withdraw. (or wager that free fiver enough times until you can withdraw). While that fiver is still in your account you can't withdraw.

    Thanks!

They replied to my e-mail and have said

"So far you have wagered your bonus but you also need to wager your deposit one time with a minimum quote of 1.50 on sportsbets as stated in our Terms and Conditions:

Before your winnings can be withdrawn, you must turn over the deposit amount at least once and the bonus amount at least 5 times within 60 days. Stakes can be placed on one or more sports bets with a minimum quote of 1.50. "

What exactly does this mean? Are they referring to the initial deposit (€20)? The fact that I deposited an extra €10 probably messes everything up! But I did bet €25 (I initially deposited €20) at odds of exactly 1.50

My reading of this is that you still have to bet the bonus amount (€5) four more times at odds of 1.5 or greater or until you lose one of these bets.

Following a request for a picture of my passport in order for them to process the withdrawal of my winnings, I decided (relucently) to do this with the passport number blackened out.

This was also unacceptable to them so I have decided the risk of identity theft is too great to do this. I will still be up €5 with the fatcheese cashback.

Has anyone else managed to get their winnings from them.

Readin the last few posts I'm startin to think this crowd seem a bit dodgy.
They dont even have horse racin on their site, dont accept paypal and seem very reluctant to let people withdraw their winnins.http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/mybet/

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,719 ✭✭✭polaris68

Yes, I'd steer clear of this.

Wouldn't surprise me if some other "issue" arises in Oct which prevents payout of the fatcheese cashback.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 246 ✭✭jc2008

Just to update, I did get my money eventually!

It took me a while to get to the point where I was allowed to withdraw money as they have strict T+C, namely the deposit amount has to be betted at odds of 1.50 or greater (so if you deposit €20, you need to bet this - if you deposit anymore, this needs to be wagered as well at odds of 1.50 or greater) and the bonus amount has to be wagered and either lost and won 5 times (but apparently, making a wager of €25 at odds of 1.50 and winning counts as 5x€5 = €25) - and of course the final amount has to be over €30.

I had to verify my identity, which I wouldn't have bothered doing but I was lucky enough to win a nice bet and had a good bit to take out, so I took pictures of my driving licence, my bank statement (without the BIC, IBAN, account number and sort code - just so they can see the name and address really) and that was sufficient - they released it to moneybookers within an hour of sending those images.

Huge bump here, but I got a pleasant surprise today when I saw that the fatcheese money (€30) has gone through into my fatcheese account, even though the estimated date of payment is October!

This deal is still on with fatcheese, but be wary - I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. I was lucky and managed to win money so profited from the whole thing, but MyBet make it so awkward to withdraw your money that I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

But I did get my money back from MyBet after sending them the details they wanted (scans of drivers licences and other things), and I did get the fatcheese money, so it is legit.

YEah I got my €30 today also :-) I lost my bet so didn't need to worry about getting money our from mybet! Even if you never get your money out ur still getting a 50% interest rate over two months... which is something like 300% per annum...

I do have a couple of tickets open with them over queries from pigsback and M&M direct... these seem to be slow about being sorted!

Anyone else has pending withdrawals? My withdrawal (not a big one, only 5euros) is pending for more then a week now.

My last withdrawal was in June/July when it basically went through overnight or took at most a work day.

My withdrawl is pending since Monday... Got another €12.50 available to day so withdrew that too... I picked paypal as I thought it would pay me faster! I was reading around last night and it said it should be the three full working days at most... Do they ever communicate though, any point asking them?

EDIT: GOT both of my payments, all €42.50 of my payments into my paypal at 00:35 this morning :-)

with regards communication I sent them several emails regard a claim I have that still pending following stay and its now over 3 months. still havent heard anything back yet can take another 6 months though

I haven't had much response to my claims / tickets yet, but the money was paid just now (they're working late, aren't they? :)

I rarely get a response to claims or tickets, but the money (when it eventually comes from Pending to ready to withdraw) usually goes into PayPal or my Bank account within two days.

I just tried to sign up to mybet through fatcheese. When I registered and tried to login my account was suspended. I went on the livechat to ask why and they said it was in their terms and conditions to refuse anyone. Must be because of the fatcheese thing I'd imagine. I asked why they refused me but they didn't give me an answer.

    Greetings,
I was sceptical but curious about this and ventured my €20. It works! My €30 is pending in my fatcheese a/c to be released in nov. I chanced a tenner each on samoa to beat fiji and on la galaxy to win some match in the states last night and both came in, turning my €20 into €40. I have withdrawn €30 of this already so happy days all round. Except that Scotland let me down for my first attempt to turn around my free fiver, but up €50 so can't really complain. Thanks op
