    I know my volkswagens reasonable well but can anyone explain to me why in the name of baby Jesus he thinks a clean '03 is worth €11k?

    You could expect a concours oval for €11k, right?

    Spot on. With that yoke advertised the first thing I'd be looking at is spending a few grand getting it back to the state of a normal beetle, at which point I'd have a (relatively speaking) very common beetle. To my eyes it's work 3-4k. tops.
