What do people make of Permanent TSB's Plus Package?

You get quite a lot for €120 it seems. When you consider that standalone multitrip travel insurance can cost up to €60 and mobile phone insurance €70 this offer is already working out cheaper...

I'm with Ulster Bank ufirst for €10 a month (same price), and that gets the travel insurance, mobile phone insurance, and one very nice benefit: 25% off Ticketmaster tickets!

ow, that sounds nice. Personally I like the sound of airport lounge access ...too bad it's not really in any airports I'd be inclined to use, except maybe Dublin.

Was looking at that. My current mobile phone cover is 10 euro a month on its own. Id be afraid it was insurance cover that does not pay out though.

    T and C's seem ok.

I'm thinking of getting this too, it seems too good to be true though?!

Anyone heard any dodgy stories or t & c?!

Just got a letter to say my package cancelled as of may 31st, " as to continue the service would result in a significantly higher premium being charged"

very strange... anyone know the background to this? Are PTSB up the swanny?

I got the letter too yesterday. I must say I was disappointed from the Travel insuranceand mobile phone insurance aspect. I had used my 4 lounge passes already so I was hoping to use them again in August when they were due again, oh well :(
