depends what you want from the team

    Theme based team: 2+

    Social team: 2+

Competitive team: 5+ ( 5 seems to be the smallest size of competitive events i've seen )

As many as you like really.

There are teams of 50 people, teams of 5... its how many people want to do it really. Start small, and compact, if you want it to be a team for use in game, working together... 4-6 is a good starting point, any more gets too complex too fast.

we started with 2 then 5 now we have 13, still building. all depends on if you want it to be a competitive airsoft team or a social group, which is what I'm in.

i like the number 1!! simply because my friends always get shot so im always last back to the respawn, easier if i dont care about them getting him lol

but as the guys said above start small.... and think big.... its better to have guys you know are good and are a great laugh than say 5 guys u get along with and another 3 or 4 u dont...
