Possible stupid NCT question

    My brother's car was first registered on the 4th of Feb 08. So it's first NCT due date is 4 Feb 12. Now my stupid question is: because it can be done 6 months early does that make it from the 4th August or the 4th September?

    I ask cos if i count 6 months back = 6 August. But i could count it including February: Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb = 6 months.

    I've emailed NCT with the above & all they said is what i already know & told them i know, yes you can get it NCT'd 6 months early. I ask for an actual date. Cheers for reading the mail. :rolleyes:

    While i think it is obviously the 4th August i just want to be sure. So we can hopefully get it done close to then as possible & get the maximum time out of it.

    It would be august otherwise one month before 4th of Feb would be the 4th of Feb ;)

    If you can read this, you're too close!
