Replacement of product under warranty and customs

    Hi everybody,

    I need to send an Item that is under warranty to USA for replacement. I have already paid customs charges on it when I first bought it. Will they charge me again on the replacement return ???

    You need to get them to declare it as a warranty replacement, and that there is no charge. This should be shown clearly on the package, and on any paperwork inside. be prepared for customs to look for backup though, such as emails etc.
