    Hi all,

I sat and passed my theory test last year in order to get my provisional motorbike licence. In order to get a provisional driving licence, do i have to sit the theory test again? If not and i just need the certificate, can that be obtained from the test centre?

    Thanks in advance

No you will need to do another theory test for the relevant category (you have already gotten the motorbikes one, I assume you now want to drive a car, in which case that's category B/W [cars and work vehicles]).

You then need to apply for a learner permit in category B/W. You cannot sit a B/W driving test until 6 months have elapsed from when the Learner Permit was issued. Also, to apply for a learner permit, I think you need to do another eye test, as well as pay the €15 fee and have 2 passport photographs signed at the back - you probably need some sort of identification also (e.g. passport).
