Need help with car NCT?

    Ok, apologies if this has been covered before but this is really stressing me out.

    Have my car, 94 BMW 316 up for NCT in august and i know it wont pass.
    I really want to keep it but few problems with it:

    Tinted windows- will i have to remove them?
    Massive alloys, Will they pass?
    ABS light on in dashboard?

    would most appreciate your advice

    abs light will have to be sorted out.
    if front screen and driver and passenger windows are visibly tinted much beyond the usual factory tint then that'll probably have to go.

    Are the tyres legal on the wheels? If so unless the wheels are in a dangerous condition or stopping the car from working safely then it shouldn't be a problem. There were soem fairly big wheels available from new for those anyway
