Hayfever!

I am suffering something awful with hayfever but there's a strong possibility that I could be pregnant. What can l do to get some relief safely?? I'm too scared to take an antihistamine but I can't breath!

Try pollena by nelsons a homeopathic remedy i found useful. Also.sterimar nasal spray
