collections officer ??

    hi im going for my 2nd interview within a big company for a collections officer job.
    just wondering anybody any tips or what the 2nd interview will entail?
    any advice would be great

    Collections is a polite name for debt collecting so I would imagine they will look for evidence of negotiation skills ( setting up payment plans ) , resilience ( dozens of calls to catch the person you need to speak to ) and an ability to make scores of calls a day.
    They work a lot to targets so if you have experience of being in a target driven setting that would probably help.

    i was tol;d that they would ask me about income and expenditure !
    do you think they could ask me to do out a question of an account or just ask me small questions about it , i havent doen anything business studies related in years so ill have to brush up on this..
