    The Legend that is Rob Kaman is coming to Cork Thai for a seminar. All are welcome and its a pre-book only.

    Date is the 23rd of July in MacCurtain Street Gym. Start at 1pm.

    Rob "The Dutchman" Kaman (Born June 5, 1960 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch retired 9 time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion considered by many as the greatest kickboxer of all time. Often called "Mr. Low Kick" because of his feared low kicks which he used to set up his devastating offensive attacks.

    this was a great seminar - alot packed into 2hours of training - focusing on defense and setting up counter attacks.

    Then a Q&A session and pics.

    good turn out as well
