    Hey all, I am on my first car for the last 9 months and have never recieved the vlc back from clare - the car is registered in my name as ive been taxing it and getting tax reminders. and confirmed on the tax website.

    so i got the RF134 form for a replacement but I am confused....

    it had an option for

    A) replacement VLC

    B) registration book

    can somebody please tell me the difference between these?

    I am really looking for the one which i get the new buyer to sign upon change of ownership should I decided to sell.
