Measured Survey Recommendations

    Hi there,
Im looking to get a measured survey done on an old building, approx 1850, about 130 SqM, that we are redeveloping.

Anyone got some recommendations for who could provide a good service at a good price?

Also, this is something I am new to, so are there specifics I should be asking for (i.e. this needs to be a specific format to be suitable for a specific CAD program, etc.), or any other gotchas?

    Thanks,
    Al

Size matters on a job like this. A two storey Victorian terrace house wouldn't take as long to survey & draw up as a 3 storey Georgian Town house over basement!
You will need an accurate building survey including site levels to provide contours & sewer invert levels. The survey will be in a CAD drawing format.
Get 3 written quotes. Good luck.
