Yes, but it very rare, you'll have to do an interview and be able to prove that your experience is up to the standard of a degree. Check up with the college tbh.

Aye, you'll need to do an interview and prove that you have some experience in the subject that you intend to study.

Third level institutions find it hard to refuse money.

Try DCU.

I did a masters in IT there. They allowed lots of people with no primary degree onto the course. Many dropped out fairly early though.

My lab partner came top of the class in the exams and he only had a certificate in engineering or something. However, they would not allow him do the masters dessertation despite getting an A in every subject.
