Back Pain

Hi, I had a car accident saturday week ago - I hit a deer on a mian road and I was doing 80kmh. (I know poor deer).

Anyway, although car is badly damaged, I felt fine myself - that is until I went to work last week. Tuesday was my first day back - I work in an office, sitting at a desk etc. Throughout the day, I noticed my back stiffening up and getting sorer as the day went on - its down at the bottom of the back and into the buttocks. Went home, went for a walk, had a hot bath, went to bed. Woke up Wednesday, no problems.

Back into work and same thing only it was much sorer by the end of the day. Same thing, went home etc and got up Thursday feeling grand.

Anyway, its been the same story since. At home, I seem to be grand - sitting on the sofa, lying in bed, no issues (just a bit of a niggle).

i'm back to work today, been in for 4 hours and the back is sore again.

I'm assuming I got a bit of a jolt in the accident but I cant understand why its only sore when at work. Its probably my chair.

Should I go to the doctor? I dont have much spare cash and I don't really know what they can do for me. I try to get up and move around as much as I can but as soon as I sit down again - the pain is back.

Not looking for specific medical diagnosis but maybe some advice from other sufferers?

I'm afraid any answer does constitute medical advice. You should really go to see a medical professional.
