Anyone booked a wedding here? What have you decided to do? Considering backing out now. Is it possible to do so given agreement was entered into with a different company other than the current one, despite same ownership?

Hi there, did you decide what to do? We are in the same predicament? Things don't seem so stable. If you paid any deposits or payments they were paid to Durgman (same people I know!) so are lost if you decide to not go ahead with them as we are unsecured creditors. Unfair. But we did fall in love with the place. Head v Heart?

For what is one of the most popular wedding venues in the country, frankly I would be amazed if Brooklodge was to hit a dead end. Once the business is there, I would be fairly confident they'll sort something out, whether it's with new or current owners is anyone's guess.
