It is indeed and its a great place to train, have quite a few new members lately plus first 3 classes are free.

Its down the bottom of Clane industrial estate on the right. The industrial estate is on the Kilcock Road to the left, there is a big shed company at the entrance to the estate.

The first 3 classes are free so you can decide what you want to do, then you can talk to Mariusz about what kind of package suits your needs.. he is quite flexible in regards to working out the best value for you.

    thanks for the reply

Are the classes beginner friendly? do you have to book or can you just turn up?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,559 ✭✭✭RoboRat

Yeah the classes are very beginner friendly and you will be made feel very welcome... all that is expected is to give it your best and with time you will get better and better.

No need to book, just turn up and have a go!
