Attic Insulation

We are currently building out house & are pricing for attic insulation (it's a storey & a half) Can anyone recommend someone? We got one price but it seems quite expensive, 5,500 euro! is this the norm? Don't know much about attic insulation.

1. where are you building

2. what is the specification of the insulation you are installing ie what material and what thickness... for both the flat and sloped areas

3. roughly what sized areas have you to insulate?

I'm not totally sure but the attic area is about 800 sq ft & we hadn't decided on what insulation we wanted but we were quoted for the foam I think

With respect Brookie you're going to need to give us a little more to go on.

You're complaining about the price but aren't sure what insulation material it is or how much of it you need.

There is a lots of diferent kind of materials and prices are diferent as well. Insulation normaly is expensive.
Did You want to make this attic air thight as well or not? Did You want to use it as a room?
If You want to convert the attic it will normaly cost about 500euro/m2
