    Low explosive detonation, probably gas canisters boosted with black powder, or a CAN fertiliser mix that was incorrectly ratio'd. If that had been a modern high explosive he would have been driven back through the nearest wall and minced in a fraction of a second. I'd say he was still a sore puppy.

    only thing i dont like about those suits are your hands are exposed. obviously needed to defuse things.

    although this guy may of survived thanks to the suit. but does he still have all his digits? :(

    Looking at the way he got up, I'd say he still has a full set.
    The main force of the blast appears to come from elsewhere in the car.
