Wanted: Campy compatible wheels or hubs

I'm building up a 90's steelie to use as a commuter. The frame has Chorus front & rear mechs, I'm looking for 8,9 or 10 speed road wheel or suitable hubs & casettes to allow me to have a wheel built up. I'm based in Dublin.

The rear mech is chorus 8-speed, think you can make that work with 9 & 10 speed casettes but not 11. Those wheels are good value but I'm not sure if they would be up to a daily commute across the mean streets of Dublin, would prefer something with 32 or 36 spokes.
