WTD: dual calper brakes or advice..

    Just picked up an avail as a surprise for the OH. Stupidly missed the rear caliper (Tecktro dual pivot) is stiff and doesn't open after pulling (too worried checking the components!). I don't have the small alan key to take it apart, wondering if its worth my while?

    So looking for a tektro dual pivot or a set of of better ones.

    Alternatively if this is a common fix please let me know.

    Need this sorted by Sunday!

    They are secondhand? It should be fairly easy DIY. Brake calipers are mechanicaly simple in operation, sounds like a bolt is too tight.
