Removing passenger door panel..

For some reason the passenger window won`t go down, so I want to see if I can fix it myself but I`m not sure how to get the panel off.

Any bolts/screws I see are off but I`m not sure where to start to get the panel off.

Any help would be great, cheers!

Thanks for that man, but mainly I`m looking to find out the best way to get the main panel off so I can see the window motor or what ever you call it.

I have all the screws off that I can see, just have to figure out where to start with the panel itself, so parts of the edge come away a little more than others, I don`t want to force it to much, you know.
