Air con is crap on 05 avensis

    I have a 05 avensis 1.6vvti petrol saloon.

    The air con is really crap. I bought a refill can with a gauge for measuring the level of coolant in the system. The level reads as normal. So I'm wondering why its so bad. When I turn on the fan with the ac on and turn the temp down all the way the air is still warm coming out of the vent.

    Anyone else with an Avensis notice this.

    Change your pollen filter and it will work well I suspect.

    +1 on the filter.
    The glovebox is tricky enough to put back on these the first time.
