Hey all, I've been out of shape for a good while now, I used to play rugby which kept me in somewhat decent shape but injury stopped me from playing and since then I'm too unfit to play.

So basically I'm just looking for some advice on what I can do in the gym to get back to fitness.

At the moment I'm doing 10-15mins of bike to start then doing 500m rowing machine 3-4 times keeping the time to under a minute per 250m.

Is this a good start and what times should I be aiming for ? Any help and advice appreciated, I want nothing more then to be fit for the new season :)
