    Hi folks

have a few dietary questions that hopefully you can help me with,

am trying to cut down on bread, so is a salad box at lunch time a reasonable meal? what should i be putting in it and what should be avoided.

Also, alpen no sugar as a breakfast cereal, anything wrong with it with skimmed mile every morning? if there is what should i be going with in the cereal line?

finally i have one small low fat cappuccino every day, again im sure id be better without but im assuming it isnt an absolute land mine?

Alpen no added sugar, let's see....

    Ingredients

Alpen No Added Sugar contains the following ingredients (listed in order of amount used).

Wholegrain Wheat (42%), Wholegrain Rolled Oats (36%), Raisins (15%), Dried Skimmed Milk, Milk Whey Powder, Roasted Sliced Nuts (2.5%) (Hazelnuts & Almonds), Malted Barley Extract, Salt.

it does not look good to be honest

In the morning you can go for oats instead with some fruit

Low fat cappucino is ok as long as you don't drink many of them every day:)

Can you breakdown the ingredients of your salad box for us please?

Not expert here but in order to help you we need to know more about your

goals, diet and daily activity OP ?

Alpen no added sugar would be classified as processed food, and yes there will be a natural sugar in Raisins, so it may hinder your weight goal
Having it from time to time is fine, having this every morning for brekkie..well that is another story.
Try to avoid proccesed foods, high sugary stuff in general, salt if you can
I would strongly advice you to read stickies

Lunchbox salads....any lettuces, celery, chickpeas, kidney beans, tomatoes, boiled eggs, strips of beef, cold chicken, tinned tuna, anchovies for a kick, beetroot, grated carrot, the list is endless. Cottage cheese mixed with spices on the side.
