retention for shed

    Hello

I have a shed built in my back garden.

The shed is built in the corner of the garden and there is a lot of free space in the garden.

The shed is approx 29m2 rather than the allowed 25m2 so in the future I *may* need to apply for retention.

edit: forum breach, we do not allow queries as to how to get around legal requirements with planning.

    syd

(there are no issues with neighbours etc and the shed and it is not built up against anyone's boundry fence or overlooking a garden or anything so don't expect I'll ever have an issue but just wanted to check!)

    Thanks

why not ring your local planning authority, they'll be able to inform you best.. maybe without your name and address:) I would think any time period beings when the roof is on
