how well does the turbo measure power compared with the powermeter and can it be calibrated against it? what condition is it in? heavily used? thanks

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 68 ✭✭sdcclad

chakattack - ok. to be honest i never really tried both. however when doing my efforts on it i noticed that it was probably 5-10watts off. This is a guess due to how i felt doing the efforts. But what i did was do the efforts in the 53/12 and use a specific turbo trainer tyre. This nearly levelled things out i think. Its in great condition as i used it 11 times. Not fond of indoor training. i dont have the box because it took up to much room.

    You interested?

    Cheers pal

I'm not a fan of indoor training either but it needs to be done at times!

I don't need the front wheel stand so I'll offer 170 so long as it's in good condition and you're near dublin.

Couldn't care less about the box don't worry.

Can you throw in the trainer tyre?

I think the shoes should be marked in Euro sizes......40, 41, 42 etc

Can you confirm precise size and also your location?

    Thanks

As you can see from one of the pics, there is a tiny bit of scratch on the back wheel but i will use touch up paint to get rid of that problem for ya. Its the only bit that is wrong witht the wheels. Cheers

Thanks; looking for something for my son, currently in a 42 and they are getting a bit tight. Given that any Shimano shoes I ever tried tend to be a narrow and tight fit, I think these will be too small, so I'll pass.
