Hi I have a wierd question AGAIN... Is it normal not to be hungary after working out.. basically I work out when I come home from work, I do be starving when I get home, I just ignore it, it gets quite bad and after 20mins the hunger goes COMPLETLY.. I do have a shower and have my dinner about an hour after working out, but I do be thinking ''god I could just not eat anything'' the other morning I was up early about 6 and worked out before work ( because I know I'd be busy that evening) and the same I woke up starving and again after 20 mins the hunger went and again thought god I could go without.. I had my breakfast, fruit snacks and lunch as per normal and I actually wasn't properly hungary till half 3 that day.. Do I keep eating even if I don't feel like it, if I don't eat will be body eat the fat thats in it OR will it go into sarvation MODE... Anyone have any advice?

PS: I;m trying to lose two stone.. I'm on my fourth week and I've lost about 6 pounds so far.. Ireally want to do it this time, reason for my question I dont want to f**k it up :) thank..

    My head hurts.

It's spelt "hungry" OP, Hungary is a country.

As for advice relating to your issue, I wouldn't worry too much. You're not going to go into "starvation" mode if you skip a meal or not eat for a few hours. There's diets out there that are aimed at eating only for a certain time period every day.

The main rule would be; eat when you're hungry, stop when you're not.

Oh dear.. ha I was rushing when I was writing it! :D.. ‘’ hungry’’ ha ha

Thanks for taking the time to give me advice.. but I’m not convinced. I’m terrified that all my good work will go to waste if I skip a meal! I’ll keep my eye on it..

If your primary objective is weight loss, then I would suggest eating only when you are hungry, well done with your weight loss btw ,keep up the good work:)

Sometimes that happens to me too. If I ignore hunger for a while, the feeling subsides. I'll usually get hungry again about an hour or two afterwards anyway. Don't worry about leaving a gap or missing a meal - a calorie deficit means weight loss.

Thanks Guys, If I excerise in the evening till about seven half seven is usually when I stop and say I don’t eat till about 9 then I’m afraid it’ll sit in my stomach while I sleep, i dunno I’m soo determined this time and I don’t want to mess it up basically.. surely If I excerise and keep active and eat healthy lots of fruit and veg I should lose the weight.. i dunno.. thanks again for the advice..

yeah eat when hungry, no point force feeding yourself.

I find after very hard training sessions, i have no appetite at all for hours, but if i have a really easy session or a rest day, im bloody ravenous. Go figure.
