Was talking to friend of mine she missplaced her purse on the bus, now she rang Dublin Bus when she didn't have it in her bag and the driver said nothing was found, she had lots of money in it can someone be prosecuted for keeping the money? if my friend ask Dublin Bus to have look at the cameras? she's convinced someone found it on the bus and not reported it in

a lot of buses don't have cameras and i doubt even if they did they would look
even if you saw someone pick it up there is not much you can do unless you recognise the person
sorry for being so pessimistic but i would tell your friend that it is gone and to be more careful in future

Do you honestly think the driver is gonna hand it back if there was lots of money in it ??? Don't think so, especially if he knows his cameras don't work/don't exist.

Edit : That's IF the driver found it, nevermind any old Tom, Dick or Harry!

All Dublin Buses have at least 7 on-board cameras, 3 upstairs, 3 downstairs and one forward facing the left hand side of road ahead. They are HDD based, can store data for up to a week and they do work. :p .

Such a polite way of calling it stolen.
